Come Day Trippin’ with us in celebration of our rich historical and literary heritage in West Tennessee during Black History Month. Starting on the banks of the mighty Mississippi River, the Heritage and “Roots” Bus Tour will highlight African American historical sites through West Tennessee, including: Slave Haven Underground Railroad, National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Avenue (Beale Street), Alex Haley Museum and Interpretive Center, Ripley Historic Downtown Square, Historic Covington Square, and Canaan Baptist Church.
